Our Mutual Funds Clearing team has built a cross-functional team that will handle multiple functions within Mutual Fund Operations. We provide a back office mutual fund processing and execution solution for external banks, broker dealers and trust companies. Mutual Funds Clearing is looking for a Senior Team Manager to manage the relationships of our external Clearing correspondents and sub-accounting vendors as well as provide support to the operations teams as a key piece of our leadership team.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Series 7 & 63 licenses
- Experience managing a client engagement model that includes multiple touchpoints with high-net-worth clients, ensuring they are receiving the support and service required.
- 5+ years’ experience leading multi-faceted operations teams that process multiple types of high-risk transactions while adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Extensive understanding of pooled asset products such as mutual funds and CIT’s.
- Familiarity of how different financial services firms are structured in terms of clientele offerings, which drives their unique goals and needs.
- Proficient technical skills, including Microsoft applications and presentation material creation.
- Flexible with schedule and role, adapting to business demand.
- Strong interpersonal skills for developing relationships with internal and external clients.
- Excellent analytical and influencing skills, with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude during high volume or change.
- Risk mitigation skills, adhering to department and firm policies.
- Experience in training and developing team members, providing feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with vendor relations or sub-accounting for mutual funds.
