The Advisor Core Digital Solutions group’s mission is to deliver experiences that help advisors put clients first. This role sits within the Schwab Advisor Center (SAC) team, which provides advisors with an exceptional custodial platform experience. We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner (individual contributor) to lead critical SAC functionality during high-impact projects. Success requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Own product strategy and delivery for key areas of Schwab Advisor Center
  • Lead the design and implementation of new SAC features that elevate the advisor’s experience
  • Drive the end-to-end client experience for a new product, ensuring an intuitive flow and seamless integration across teams
  • Define and execute enhancements and high-priority features in partnership with technology and business teams
  • Manage the product backlog, release planning, and interdependencies across multiple lines of business; write epics and user stories; serve as Product Owner within Agile teams
  • Build trusted relationships and act as the voice of the client, ensuring feedback informs roadmap decisions
  • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate gaps promptly
  • Orchestrate complex, multi-team user journeys and shape a strategic roadmap that aligns stakeholders and drives execution
  • Oversee client-facing communications for new and enhanced experiences
  • Provide clear, timely updates to leadership and represent the business in cross-functional forums
  • Deliver additional projects and tasks based on evolving business needs

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or 5+ years in digital product management or development
  • Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to orchestrate complex, multi-team user journeys and shape a strategic roadmap that aligns stakeholders and drives execution
  • Expertise in writing epics, user stories, and defining client experiences
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to inspire change across organizational boundaries
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Knowledge of Agile methods and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Product Management for financial services with focus on RIAs

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
