This role is customer-facing, and requires a professional demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills as the analyst is often the initial point of contact for CME Group customers.

Core Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries (phone and electronic) regarding order status, cancellations, error trades, Globex functionality, market events, product attributes, and trading schedules.
Proactively monitor order flow and adjust system parameters to ensure orderly markets.
Contribute to risk parameter analysis discussions and conduct periodic checks for relevancy.
Accurately input and modify Clearport trades.
Execute intraday maintenance tasks for the Globex trading platform and associated applications.
Perform daily settlements for CME Group’s core option products.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Previous customer support experience in a customer-facing, high-stress, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with options and option valuation principles.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office programs (and Google applications).
Familiarity with Google console/workspace.
Working knowledge of industry-related research tools (e.g., Charting and market data platforms).
Teamwork Focus:

Demonstrate a willingness to improve personally and professionally through receptiveness to feedback.
Maintain a solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges or voicing concerns.

Highly Desirable Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Understanding of settlement software.
Experience with CME Direct.
Familiarity with Bloomberg/Reuters terminals.
3+ years of experience within the trading industry.
