The Corporate Access Team is an award-winning group of sectorized professionals, collaborating across the Equities platform and the firm to connect our clients via conferences, unique events, roadshows and one-on-one meetings.
We are currently looking for an entry-level Corporate Access Associate based in the New York City office to join our Corporate Access Team.
This individual will learn valuable industry knowledge and skills, while supporting the Corporate Access Team in the execution of virtual and in-person events, such as non-deal roadshows, private dining events, webinars and symposiums.
Responsibilities
Work hand-in-hand with the Corporate Access Team to support strategic initiatives such as non-deal roadshow origination
Manage and execute webinars and virtual symposiums using Zoom and Zoom Events
Preparation of client-facing pitch materials, invitations and reports, as well as internal strategic reporting
Manage private dining events including reservations and onsite support, particularly in New York
Provide support leading up to and onsite at flagship conferences in New York, as well as destinations like Nashville, Las Vegas, San Fransico, Boston and Florida
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail, is required
Ability to work on several projects concurrently and prioritize tasks
Must possess a positive “can do” attitude and exhibit a willingness to collaborate
Excellent technology and software skills. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), virtual event applications (Zoom, ZoomEvents), and a willingness to learn event software (MeetMax)
Proactive with the ability to work independently and partner with teammates, utilizing a strong degree of professionalism and commitment to accuracy and follow up
4-year Bachelor’s Degree

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
